Delivery in Melbourne Metro
- Fixed price of $20.00 inc GST.
- Orders over $200 will not incur a delivery charge.
- Delivery can be expected within 36 hours from time of order, subject to the availability of stock.
Delivery in Victoria Regional
- Fixed price of $30.00 inc GST.
- Delivery can be expected within 3 to 5 working days from time of order, subject to the availability of stock.
- Orders over $500 will not incur a delivery charge.
Delivery to Interstate/International
- Currently we only take online orders for Victoria. For all enquires from ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, WA & TAS please email us at [email protected]
- No international sales are available at this time.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [email protected] or call (03) 93970 2122.
- If you receive an item and it is not as described you may return the item within 7 days of purchase. Once the item is received we will assess the reason for return and credit if necessary. In this situation, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- In certain circumstances where products are unavailable or on backorder we can/will provide you with similar products equal to or more in value to avoid product delays.
