BTW- Blue Truck Wash

BTW is designed to remove road grime and dirt from cabins and chassis. This is a high foaming detergent used as a spray-on hose-off product. BTW also leaves a light wax coating for protection of paintwork.

WHAT IS THIS PRODUCT?

BTW is a powerful cleaner for removing road dirt, oil and carbon from truck, car and bus paintwork, rubber,

chrome and glass.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

BTW is a concentrated vehicle detergent for breaking down and removing road dirt, mud, oil films, exhaust soot and insect residues from most vehicles.

COMPOSITION:

BTW is nearly pH-neutral. It contains natural and synthetic surfactants, sequestrants, builders, corrosion

inhibitor and water.

PROPERTIES: (COLOUR, ODOUR, PH, FOAM)

COLOUR – Bright blue liquid

ODOUR – None

pH = 7.5 – 8.5

FOAM – High foam of moderate stability

PRODUCT USE & APPLICATION: (INCLUDE DILUTION RATE)

Dilute BTW to 1 in 10 (for heavy soil or foam-gun application) or 1 in 20 (for light soil or brush-on application). Spray or brush the solution over all surfaces until completely wet, working from the bottom upwards. Allow to soak for 5 to 15 minutes so the BTW can break down the dirt. It is okay if the solution dries out on the surface. Rinse off with a hose or pressure washer to remove all of the dirt and detergent. It is best to use BTW on cool surfaces (i.e. in the shade, if possible).
