WHAT IS THIS PRODUCT?

EXPRESS WASH is a powerful wash-and-wax cleaner for removing road dirt, oil and carbon from truck, car and bus paintwork, rubber, chrome and glass. EXPRESS WASH waxes the paintwork to protect it from the elements and give it a sparkling shine.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

EXPRESS WASH is a concentrated vehicle detergent for breaking down and removing road dirt, mud, oil films, exhaust soot and insect residues from most vehicles.

COMPOSITION:

EXPRESS WASH is nearly pH-neutral. It contains natural and synthetic surfactants, sequestrants, builders, corrosion inhibitor and water, together with natural carnauba wax.

COLOUR – Flouro yellow liquid

ODOUR – None

pH = 7.5 – 8.5

FOAM – High foam

PRODUCT USE & APPLICATION: (INCLUDE DILUTION RATE)

It is best to use EXPRESS WASH on cool surfaces (i.e. in the shade, if possible). Hose down the surfaces to remove excess dirt and dust particles. Dilute EXPRESS WASH to between 1 in 50 (for heavy soil or foam-gun application) and 1 in 150 (for light soil or brush-on application). This is about 30-90mls per ½ bucket of water. Spray or brush the solution over all surfaces until completely wet, working from the bottom upwards. Allow to soak for 2 to 5 minutes so the EXPRESS WASH can break down the dirt. Do not allow it to dry. Add more solution if necessary. Rinse off with a hose or pressure washer to remove all of the dirt and detergent. EXPRESS WASH must be rinsed off BEFORE it dries out.
