KITCHEN MASTER is a high-performance detergent that provides excellent cleaning of dishes, glasses and cutlery. AUTODISH controls staining and leaves dishes spotlessly clean. The chlorine in KITCHEN MASTER ensures that dishes are also sanitised as they are washed.

WHAT IS THIS PRODUCT?

KITCHEN MASTER is an excellent cleaner for glass-ware, crockery and cutlery in automatic dishwashing machines.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

KITCHEN MASTER is an industrial strength dishwash detergent, designed to be dispensed into large institutional dishwashing machines through the Detergent Dispenser Unit. This unit constantly meters the wash water and maintains the correct detergent concentration at all times.

COMPOSITION:

KITCHEN MASTER contains caustic alkali (in the form of potassium hydroxide) for fast removal of foodstuffs and soilage; available chlorine for removing stains and to oxidise and break down food residues; phosphate builders to soften hard water and suspend dissolved minerals, preventing redeposition on glasses and tableware; defoamers to ensure fast breakdown of foam generated by protein soils in the wash solution and to enable the machine to operate at full pump pressure; sequestrants to condition hard water.

COLOUR – Transparent colourless liquid

ODOUR – Mild chlorine odour

pH = 13 – 14

FOAM – Low foaming

PRODUCT USE & APPLICATION: (INCLUDE DILUTION RATE)

KITCHEN MASTER is designed to be dispensed by our Detergent Dispenser Unit which meters the wash water at all times. Correct adjustment of the Dispenser to maintain the AUTODISH at 0.15% concentration ensures trouble-free operation and excellent results with dishes coming out spotless, sanitised and sparkling.

Note: Polished or anodised coloured aluminium-ware, lead crystal and hand painted china may be affected by machine dishwashing – please follow manufacturer’s directions for washing these items.
