KITCHEN MASTER POWDER is a powder detergent for use in dishwashing machines in restaurants, hotels, canteens, cafeterias and household kitchens.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

KITCHEN MASTER POWDER is a high-performance detergent that gives excellent cleaning of dishes, glasses and cutlery. It is a chlorinated powder that dissolves easily and releases powerful cleaning agents to remove all food residues without harming surfaces. KITCHEN MASTER POWDER cleans dishes and leaves them sparkling and streak-free, hygienically sanitised and odour-free, all in one operation.

COMPOSITION:

KITCHEN MASTER POWDER contains alkaline sodium salts for fast removal of foodstuffs and soilage, available chlorine for removing stains (especially tea and coffee) and to oxidise and break down protein food residues, phosphate builders to soften hard water and suspend dissolved minerals, preventing redeposition on glasses, cutlery and dinnerware and sequestrants to soften hard water. KITCHEN MASTER POWDER also contains inhibitors to protect overglazing and stop tarnishing of cutlery.

PRODUCT USE & APPLICATION: (INCLUDE DILUTION RATE)

Manual Powder Addition

Fill machine to correct level with hot water (60 – 70ºC). The quantity of KITCHEN MASTER POWDER to be used is calculated on the basis of 3-5 grams of KITCHEN MASTER POWDER per litre of water. Add correct quantity of KITCHEN MASTER POWDER while machine is agitating, allow a minute for it to dissolve, then commence washing cycle. Add more KITCHEN MASTER POWDER at regular intervals; half a cup per tray is about right.

Small Automatic Machines

Add KITCHEN MASTER POWDER to dispenser unit inside door of machine. Use quantity recommended by machine manufacturer.
