    A formulated cleaner designed to descale metal surfaces and restore a clean, polished finish, making it ideal for maintaining cooking equipment in top condition. Oven & Grill is a powerful, fast-acting detergent that cuts through tough grease, fat, carbon deposits, and baked-on food residues. It delivers excellent results on ovens, grills, hotplates, and deep fryers in both commercial and domestic kitchens.

    HOW DOES IT WORK?

    CURRAN Oven & Grill is a concentrated cleaner ideal for use in commercial kitchens and outdoor barbeque areas. Specially formulated for ovens, hotplates, grills, and deep fryers, it works by penetrating and breaking down stubborn grease, carbon build-up, and burnt-on food residues—making tough cleaning tasks quick and effortless.

    PRODUCT USE & APPLICATION

    (Including Dilution Rates)

    Ovens:
    Preheat oven to approximately 60°C, then turn off. Apply OVEN & GRILL undiluted (neat) directly onto the surfaces. Allow to activate for 5 minutes. Loosen carbon build-up using a stiff brush or scraper. Wipe away dissolved residues with a damp cloth, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.

    Grills & Hotplates:
    After use, switch off the hotplate and allow it to cool for 5 minutes—the surface should remain warm, but not hot. Scrape off loose food debris, then apply OVEN & GRILL undiluted. Leave the surface wet for 10–15 minutes to activate. Scrub with a brush, spatula, or griddle pad. Wipe clean with a cloth and rinse thoroughly with potable water. For best results, lightly brush the surface with cooking oil after cleaning.

    Deep Fryers:
    Allow fryer to cool and drain the cooking oil completely. Partially refill with cold water, then add OVEN & GRILL at a dilution rate of 100ml per litre of water. Fill to the normal oil level and bring to a gentle boil. Simmer until the interior surfaces are clean. Use the hot solution to brush down surrounding greasy areas if needed. Carefully drain the solution while simultaneously adding cold water to minimise thermal shock. Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove all residues.
